We collect only what we need to quote and deliver your cleaning, and we never sell your data.

Information we collect

When you request a quote we collect your name, email address, phone number, the service you are interested in and any details you share about your property. If you become a client we also hold booking dates, access instructions and payment records.

How we use your information

We use your details to prepare quotes, schedule cleaners, process payments, respond to enquiries and — where you have opted in — send occasional cleaning tips and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Lawful basis

We process data under contract (to deliver services you have booked), legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and improving our service) and consent (marketing emails).

Sharing your information

We share only what is necessary with the cleaners assigned to your job and with our payment and email providers. We never sell or rent personal data to third parties.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months. Client and financial records are retained for six years to meet UK accounting requirements, then securely deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to marketing at any time. Email bomongobopetoltd@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
