Clear terms, no small print surprises
These terms apply to all cleaning services booked with Bomongo Bopeto Ltd.

Bookings and quotations
Quotes are valid for 30 days and are based on the information you provide. If the property differs significantly on arrival — for example additional rooms or heavy soiling — we will agree any revised price with you before starting.
Payment
Regular cleaning is invoiced monthly and payable within 7 days. One-off, deep and end of tenancy cleans are payable on completion by bank transfer or card unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule or cancel free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the visit value to cover staff costs.
Access and utilities
Please ensure our cleaners can access the property at the agreed time and that running water and electricity are available. Wasted journeys may be charged at the standard visit rate.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not happy with any part of a clean, tell us within 48 hours and we will return to put it right at no cost. End of tenancy cleans carry a 72-hour re-clean guarantee.
Liability and insurance
We hold £5m public liability insurance. Claims for damage must be reported within 48 hours of the visit. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not disclosed as fragile.
